COURSES
Introduction to United States Law I and II
Required for all graduate students, this year long course introduces you to the substance and form of U. S. law, U. S. legal culture and history, and U. S. law school education. Special features include field trips and scheduled discussions with members of the LSU Law Center faculty, practicing attorneys and sitting judges. All graduate students (thesis and non-thesis) receive individual attention, from the moment they enroll in the course until they receive their diplomas.
Each graduate student prepares an individual program of study based on his or her interests and the strengths of the Law Center Faculty. Among the strengths of the law faculty are civil law systems, conflicts of laws, and health law.
