1. Research the following question: what are Amitigating measures@ with regard to the Americans With Disabilities Act?

What is the EEOC=s position?

What is the Supreme Court=s interpretation?

What do the appellate courts hold?

2. What would you tell a law student with dyslexia, migraines, and arthritis about whether she fits within the protection of the ADA? (What might you have to know before you could give her any advice or guidance?)

3. Identify the following for the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission).

Locate the enabling legislation for the agency. What source did you use to find it? Give the cite here.

Where does the EEOC publish its agency decisions?

What precedential value do these decisions have?
